The expected 39 kDa N-terminal fragment was detected by the murine anti-LASV NP N-terminus specific MAb 1474 (lane 2). Ladder (lane 1) is MagicMark XP WB standard. SDS-PAGE analysis of N-terminus LASV NP, Nig237-2010H (LII, lane 2), produced in E. coli. The expected 39 kDa N-terminal fragment was purified by NiNTA and IEX. Ladder (lane 1) is SeeBlue Plus2 PAGE standard.
